Fashun Feen Shipping Policy

At Fashun Feen, we want every order to be handled with care from the moment it is placed until it arrives at your door.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, inspect, package, and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please make sure your email address and shipping address are entered correctly at checkout. Fashun Feen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Free Shipping

Occasionally, FASHUN FEEN will offer limited time Free Shipping promotions. Promotion details, qualifying purchase amounts, and eligibility will be announced at the time of each offer.

As part of our everyday shipping policy, FREE Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $175 or more. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. No promo code is required.

Eligibility

• Free shipping applies to qualifying orders totaling $175 or more after discounts and before taxes.
• Available for shipments within the contiguous United States only.
• Orders ship via USPS or UPS, based on the most efficient carrier.
• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international orders are not eligible for this offer.
• FASHUN FEEN reserves the right to modify or discontinue any free shipping promotion at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Time

The Reserve: Pre-Orders

Items listed under The Reserve are pre-order items. Pre-order items do not ship immediately.

Pre-orders will ship once the item has arrived in-house, passed our quality inspection, and is ready to be fulfilled. The expected arrival or shipping date will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Please note that pre-order dates are estimates and are subject to change due to vendor delays, production delays, shipping delays, customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of Fashun Feen’s control.

By purchasing from The Reserve, you acknowledge and agree that your order will ship once the item is available and ready for fulfillment.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been scanned by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Fashun Feen is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier directly.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Fashun Feen due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
