Returns & Store Credit Policy

At FASHUN FEEN, every order is carefully prepared with intention. Before your package leaves our hands, each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, condition, and presentation. While we take every measure to deliver your order in excellent condition, we understand that occasionally an issue may arise.

Returns for Store Credit

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), pet hair, makeup, and deodorant marks, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • No refunds will be issued. Approved returns will receive store credit only.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by FASHUN FEEN.

Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • White clothing

  • Bodysuits

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Beauty products

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although every order is thoroughly inspected before shipment, if you receive an item that is damaged or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Email support@fashunfeen.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

Return Inspection

Once your return is received, it will undergo a final inspection to verify that it meets our return requirements. Items that do not meet these standards may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and will not qualify for store credit.

We highly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
